Relay For Life

On the weekend of the 7th of November, I had the privilege of working with the dedicated team from the Cancer Council & Eat-It to Beat-It program. Over 600 people walked in teams for 24 hours to raise money and awareness for cancer research in relay for life. It was a wonderful event that Ben Sales and myself went head-to-head in a cook-off to entertain and educate the large crowd. One-quarter of all cancers could be prevented if we ate 5 serves vegetables and 2 serves fruit daily and exercised regularly. Its never too late to start feeding yourself, family & friends well.  Below are some fun pictures, from a great event!
