Hunter Valley

Do I have the best job in the world?? Saturday 9th October I was part of a fantastic event in the Hunter Valley at Tyrells Vineyards, a Semillion & Seafood event. Both Alvin (from Masterchef, he is divine & so talented) and myself presented cooking classes, our recipes were then matched with local semillions... how heavenly! Wonderful people, stacks of food & wine stalls, loads of music, and a lovely family day was had by all. I will let you know the date planned for next year so you can pop it in diary as an event that should not be missed.
