Cooking Classes    

  

In August 2011, I was invited to participate in Chefs on the Bay at Batemens Bay (beautiful south coast of NSW). It is one of those gorgeous coastal towns where you never want to leave- the people are as beautiful as the town. There was a bumper crowd for a freezing cold day. During the 2 hours I cooked up four fabulous dishes that were all sampled by the crowd. It was a lovely couple of days.
